The Jeevan Pramaan software is not installed correctly. Why is this happening and what's the solution?

To install the software correctly, make sure that you already have Net Framework and currently released Visual C++ Runtimes. Once you verified that the libraries are installed, proceed with the actual installation of Jeevan Pramaan software.
Also, when installing, right click the setup package and choose Run as Administrator, for every version of Windows higher than Windows XP. It should work afterwards.

According to the information found on the official website, the service allows you to obtain your own certificate through the available apps for different platforms.
You have to use the official website and then scroll down until you see the apps to download it for your platform. Install the application and follow the procedure: https://jeevanpramaan.gov.in/
Once I registered in Jeevanpramaan and created Life Certificate dated 11-09-2015. Now, in November I want create Life certificate again for dated in November 2015 for submitting to the Bank from where I draw my pension. My existing Pramaan ID creates Life certificate of old date 11-09-2015. Where I need register again to get new Pramaan Id?
However, it appears that you need to have a biometric scanner in order to generate the certificates and created the necessary papers. It's impossible for me to provide the instructions since the software will work only in you country and with the necessary device.
After you install it, go to Help > Contents. You will find all the help that you need in that section of the Jeevan Pramaan.
